Portabull Cold Storage will acquire Kelly Refrigeration and Freezer’s rental fleet and establish operational hub in the Northeast
Portabull Cold Storage (Portabull) and Kelly Refrigeration and Freezer (Kelly) announce Portabull’s acquisition of Kelly’s electric cold storage container fleet, and the establishment of a Portabull operations hub in the Northeast. As a national provider of electric temporary on-site cold storage, Portabull brings Kelly’s current customers expanded access to the most advanced solutions on the market.

In turn, Kelly will focus on its primary business of customizing and selling tailor-made cold storage units.
